Abstract
KnK Koffee Resources is a trading unit engaged in the sale of coffee in the city of Semarang and already have many customers in the area of Semarang. But amid the market competition is so tight, KnK Koffee Resources have always wanted to give satisfactory service with always brings innovation and convenience for its customers. Therefore KnK Koffee Resources requires a means to support the sales transaction and an effective media campaign. The method used by the authors include field studies and literature. Field studies include interviews, observations, and surveys. While the study of literature that uses books that are relevant to the issue. From the research, it is known that during the KnK Koffee Resources just rely sales through stores that are in the area sampangan, Semarang. This makes consumers become less flexible in terms of time, place and cost due to the transaction remains to be done in the conventional consumer must come to the store and make a deal in place. Therefore, the authors make Web-based Sales Information System which is expected to be a solution to overcome the existing problems and to increase sales on Koffee KnK Resources.
