Abstract
"""CV. Gratia Sejahtera Semarang"" is a business entity engaged in the business of selling imported toys, especially model kits. Constraints faced over the years is the lack of inventory arrangement, the warehouse must perform routine checks and search for goods in advance, available or not goods are in storage. Often there are many items that are not recorded due to poor management and a lot of missing data because the manual recording using card stock. At the time of the managerial will procure goods, the warehouse can not directly determine the amount and type of goods to be ordered. This is because there is no stock reports. ""CV. Gratia Sejahtera Semarang"" requires an inventory of information system design that is able to organize all of the circulation of goods. As a supporting media inventory system is built using the waterfall model of system development methods. Software used to use Visual Basic 6.0 development tools and applications in database using MySQL. Information system that will be created will generate several reports that will be useful for management to analyze the performance of the company.
