Abstract
PT. Unitrans Semarang is a company engaged in the field of rental vehicles, especially cars. In the competitive business world of customer service is preferred, such as timeliness, ease of access number obtained by customers and other easiness that can increase the production of income from the customer, and can make a much better company. Judging from the situation and existing problems, PT. Unitrans Semarang require a system that can handle the constraints mentioned above, so as to minimize the problems occurred. In this study using stages, requirements (needs), analysis (analysis), Design (Design), implementation (Use), and testing (Testing). System design tools are used is to use the FOD, DFD, ERD, & Data Dictionary. This report will describe the activities generated at each stage of the system design, and outlines akrivitas-activity and products at each stage of system design. The design on the complete system implementations diusun limited to modules and reports related solely to the return of activity and car rental. Programming language used is Borland Delphi. In the final stages of software design, evaluation of process and product design software results.
