    Abstract

    CHEP MARKET SHOP Solo, a camera accessories business that wants to implement CRM. Along with the times, CHEAP MARKET SHOP Solo wants his business to grow and be able to beat competitors by using one of the strategies of customer-oriented business. The company wants to maintain a relationship with customers so that customers remain loyal and on the other hand also get new customers from time to time . the making of this CRM will use the model as well as the waterfall development method using the notation easy case which includes: contex diagrams, charts decomposition, and DFD Level . As for the design of CRM include: company profile, catalogs, registration form, order form, complaints and CRM is expected suggest. With CRM expected any public or customers can easily access information about the product, according to the promo they want. Public or customers can also easily book the goods they want. Moreover, with the CRM provides a medium of communication between the owner and the customer through the guest book of complaints, advice, and product recommendations.
