    Abstract

    PT.Malindo Feedmill Tbk is one of major companies that have long engaged in industrial feed mainly chicken feed, in which the management company is also utilizing information technology. With a capacity that is wide enough, of course IT is very ifluential role in the implementation of all work activities, particulary in the data processing, where there is security system that should really have been tested and standardized. But in fact the implementation of IT Service is still considered less than optimal, especially in Ensuring System Security DS5 of existing system. This study to evaluate IT Governance System Ensure System Security on PT.Malindo Feedmill Tbk using COBIT 4.1 standards. Data was obtined through interviews and questionnaires as well as selection of respondents adjusted based on the structure of the RACI Chart Ensure System Security DS5 with purposive sampling method, and then after all the data was get, the data will be processed to get level of maturity (maturity level) current state (as is) and expected conditions (to be), and put througha a gap analysis against both conditions to be used as the basis for determining the improvement of IT Governance strategy, especially in the Ensure Syste Security DS5 and the repair will be done in stages toward maturity level and determine the expected condition (to be) based on the COBIT 4.1 framework. Result showed that IT Governance in Ensure System Security DS5 indicates the current state (as is) are at level 2 (repeatable but intuitive) while the expeted condition (to be) is at level 4 (managed and strutured). Repair will be done gradually by improviing adjusted with 6 attributes maturity COBIT 4.1.
