Abstract
BPD GAPENSI (National Construction Contractors Indonesia) Central Java is one of the Regional Governing Body has a role as an organizer of the role of the community who have an interest construction services and activities related to business and construction work. BPD GAPENSI Central Java is an institution that is engaged in providing the service of making a membership card (KTA) for the construction services sector. The process of registration / re-registration to the KTA BPD GAPENSI Central Java has been using computer-based information systems, but the information systems currently in use can not be said to be effective, where existing information systems have not been optimally support, often resulting in the accumulation of data inaccuracy time in penyelesaianya. To find out the existing problems perform the first step is to analyze the performance of the system is performed by means of performance measurement, performance measurement in this study is based on research TRADE. To correct the existing information systems is carried out by the registration of information systems development methods SDLC waterfall model as recommendations for improvement, where performance measurement and development of information systems to improve the performance of existing and repair information system that is not optimal. It would be better if the system can be developed registration information online.
