Abstract
The use of information technology in BMT PETA Cabang Blora is needed for service, financial management, customer data, as well as for transactions with customers. The application of information technology is still less than optimal, hence the need for assessment has been the extent to which the performance management process maturity level and capacity using standard COBIT 4.0 DS3. Data were obtained from questionnaires and interviews. The data is then processed and produces maturity level (Level Maturty) current state (As Is) and the expected conditions (To Be). The results of calculation of maturity levels in this study are significant at 2 level repetitive but intuitive. This shows that management is aware of the impact of not managing the performance and capacity. Given that assessment is expected to be a guideline for decision-making in order to improve the performance of the organization in the future.
