Abstract
Assalamah Foundation Ungaran is one of the foundations of private school education (islamic). Administration of the assalamah foundation ungaran especially on salary calculation and storage are still using microsoft excel. There are found many redundancy and requires a high accuracy in the calculation of the salaries that will complicate the related parties, and there are not the salary safety system so it can allow the people who are not authorized to enter then the impact will damage and even loss of the data. To achieve the desired expectations, they are build a system of the employee salary using waterfall developting model that can be facilitate the performance of the officers to search process of the data, the salary calculation is quickly so the reports are reqeired in any time can be fulfilled and add the login in terms of safeguards.
