Abstract
Yayasan Assalamah Ungaran is the Islamic educational institutions which do not miss in the information technology. However the data processing for payments of tuition fee is still using many books and microsoft excel as a media of data storage and production of reports. the data processing system has not used the computerized system that causes frequent errors of data and the calculation of the amount of money. The difficulties in producing the fast information, the correct and the accurate as well as delays in providing the required reports, so it needs a data-processing system for the payment of tuition fee. the purpose of this research is to make a data processing system for the payment of tuition fee by using the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language and MySql. The Waterfall method is used as a reference design and development system. And with the new system is expected to help the officers to work easier and the producing of information more quickly, the correct and the accurate in making the report.
