Abstract

Pharmacy is a pharmacy where he did the work and distribution of pharmaceutical perfomed , other medical supplies to the public . Employment of pharmacy services includes the provision of medicines that will be necessary and equitable society at large . During Umm Habibah Pharmacies in the process of booking transactions , see the medicine stock inventory only through a recap of the results ledger . So do not pay attention to the pharmacy where drugs are rapidly priorities and behavior which are less in demand . The process of booking a transaction like this , it can be seen by the pharmacy does not have a process that helps in accurate calculations in the determination of the amount of medication ordering . To assist the process of determining the amount of drug ordering decision support systems needed in the calculation process . The method used to help in making the system ie Sugeno fuzzy logic . Sugeno fuzzy logic method is useful in the precise calculation process in determining the amount of the booking is to look at the data from drug sales and inventory data . Based on the research conducted , the objectives of this study is to determine the proper amount of medication ordering to see that there are needs that are not congested and suffered a loss drug .
