Abstract
The increase in functional position is based teacher education assessment, teaching and learning, professional development and supporting the learning process. Each assessment has some elements that are rewarded with credit score. Each element has a different number of credits. Since the number of elements that have to be calculated, the calculation of credit points in Junior High School 2 Tanggungharjo takes a long time and frequent miscalculations. Hence, the need for an information system functional promotion of web-based teachers. With this system is expected to help the assessment team to perform numeric calculations and minimize the occurrence of errors credits. This system presents a report used by the assessment team to determine who deserves proposed for promotion. System development methodology used is the waterfall by using UML tools. The programming language used is PHP and using MySQL database.
