Abstract
29 Toys is a toy shop that sells a wide variety of children's toys from retail to wholesale at Pedamaran Street 29, Semarang. Mr. Christian Yowono is a 29 Toys shop�s third-generation owner, took over the shop in 2008. Mr. Christian makes big changes in shop management which impact on the vision and mission of the shop. Old logo as the primary identity shop is not able to show the vision and mission of the shop. Accordingly, efforts to redesign the logo is done in order to introduce the image of the shop to the community. The logo redesign includes the process of data collecting, data analyzing, and designing a new logo. Through SWOT, data of 29 toys shop and analyzed the target audience to get a logo design concept. In the process of designing a new logo, design concept is embodied creatively in a visualization of logo. As a result, a new logo 29 Toys shop that contains the vision and mission of the shop. It�s also applied in the system of corporate identity including stationery and souvenirs that 29 Toys shop new image can be known by the people.
