Abstract
Predetermined women as creatures who can breastfeed her child and breastfeeding is a natural process. But realities that exist today, especially career women often forget about the importance of breastfeeding to the child by reason of busy with her work as a career woman. Actually, especially those exclusively breastfeeding feeding baby is healthy. However, mothers are often poorly informed members about the importance of breastfeeding for the growth of children, from exposure above this it can be concluded that the need for the media to provide information about the importance of breastfeeding infants for a period of growth up to the age of 2 (two) years, so that the baby will grow physically and mentally healthy. in the design of public service advertising is done through effective media planning by using framing analysis as a tool to analyze the best strategy in the existing reality. So that the audience can recognize the importance of breastfeeding to the baby.
