Abstract
Secretariat of the Regional Employment Board has the task, one of which is scheduled to mail in and out of BKD Semarang. In this case the information search incoming and outgoing mail is still having problems and shortcomings, namely the recording is manually using books and writing hand. So it takes a long time in the recording, searching, and reporting incoming and outgoing mail. Based on the problems that occur, the authors make a Administrative Information Systems Incoming Mail and Outgoing Mail in order to facilitate the recording, data search, and report incoming and outgoing mail. Research methodology is a field of study includes observations and interviews, as well as do library research. Systems development method used is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). The system uses the Java GUI programming language and MySQL database . From the analysis, it can be seen that the new system requires agencies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency in the process of recording incoming and outgoing mail.
