Abstract
In this era of modernization along with easy access to information, lack of supervision in the association teens have a negative impact. One is a juvenile delinquency that fill most of the national news and the attention of all parties. Social problem that often occurs is the impact of a lack of self-knowledge. So it takes a motivation and solution for teens to face the problem. With this theme into the variety show "Radio On Tv - Counselor", are expected to provide the motivation and the solution of problems faced by teenagers. And the content of the show is able to be conveyed to the audience by writing a script that matches the format of the show. Writing a script tailored to the case study and consultation by experts. The program is expected to be a spectacle that could benefit people with writing groove and concepts could be enjoyed.
