Abstract
Satisfaction is a member of one`s feelings of pleasure or disappointment that emerged after comparing the performance (results) the product is considered to expected performance. Satisfied least known member after the transaction, depending on the performance expectations of members in the fulfillment of the offer. If the performance was below expectations, members are not satisfied. If performance meets expectations, satisfied members. If performance exceeds expectations, members very satisfied or pleased. Many factors can affect member satisfaction, but in this study were analyzed with the quality of service and value members. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of service quality and value to the members of member satisfaction. The population in this study is a member of Business Multipurpose Cooperative (KSU) `Bina Mitra Mandiri`, Jl. Suryo No. Kusumo. 749, Japan, Mejobo, numbering 145 members. The samples in this study were 60 members. The type of data in this study is primary data. Methods of data collection questionnaire. The technique of multiple regression analysis, t - test, test - F and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that: The quality of service and a significant positive effect on member satisfaction. Value members positive and significant impact on member satisfaction. Quality of service and value members proved significant effect on member satisfaction
