Abstract
This research aims to analyze the relationship between compensation, motivation, and organizational commitment to employee performance. The respondents consisted of 62 employees of the Regional Employment Board of Semarang City. Research data obtained from the questionnaires were then analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The model equations are processed with SPSS for Windows version 16. Based on the results obtained by testing the hypothesis that compensation is positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation and a significant positive effect on employee performance, and organizational commitment and a significant positive effect on employee performance. In this study of organizational commitment is a variable that gives the greatest influence on employee performance. Triggering factors of organizational commitment that is working in the Regional Employment Board of Semarang cause very large changes to the welfare of the employees so that the employees do not want to leave this company. With the convenience of the work, the employee will work optimally and will improve the performance results.
