Abstract
This study aimed to clarify whether the variable Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Psychological Contract, Work Discipline, and Work Environment significantly influence employee performance in Semarang City Hospital and to determine the effect of independent variables partially on Employee Performance in RSUD Kota Semarang. This sample uses the Proportional Sampling is by taking representatives of each group in the population by 87 employees with the method of data collection using interviews and questionnaires. The method of analysis in this study using a multiple regression model, F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that the variable work motivation, job satisfaction, psychological contracts, work discipline, and work environment partially significant and positive impact on employee performance. And the coefficient of determination (R2) to adjust the square is seen at 89.6%.
