    Abstract

    Performance shown is the actual behavior of each employee as a performance produced in accordance with its role within the company. Employees are able to achieve the best work that employee performance is a good indicator. Many factors can affect the performance of the employees such as leadership, work environment, organizational commitment and motivation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership, working environment, organizational commitment and motivation on employee performance. PT employee population. Tossa Shakti, Jalan Raya Semarang - Kendal Km 19, Desa Mangir Kaliwungu, Kendal, Central Java, which totaled 1,200 employees. Selected samples as many as 92 employees. Methods of data collection using questionnaire and analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that: 1) leadership and significant positive effect on employee performance. 2) work environment and a significant positive effect on employee performance. 3) organizational commitment and a significant positive effect on employee performance. 4). positive and significant effect of motivation on employee performance. 5). leadership, work environment, organizational commitment and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance .
