Abstract

"Abstract This study aims to analyze how much influence the Current Assets, Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets, Return on Equity simultaneously and partially to the Dividend Payout Ratio Manufacturing listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2009-2012. The study population was all Manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2012. The study sample using purposive sampling method. The samples in this study were 17 Manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of data used are secondary data derived from Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). Engineering analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Using the F test results show that the performance of the company as measured by CR, NPM, DER, ROA, and ROE has significant influence on Dividend Rayout Ratio. Partially by t test concluded that in partial NPM and ROE do not significantly affect the Dividend Payout Ratio, while the CR, DER and ROA significant effect on Dividend payout Ratios. The coefficient of determination shown from the adjusted R-square value of 0,361. This means that the dependent variable is 36,1%% Dividend Payout Ratio can be explained by the four independent variables are CR, NPM, DER, ROA and ROE, while the remaining 63,9% is explained by variables or other causes outside the model. DER dominant influence on Dividend Payout Ratio in the Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2009-2012."
