Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much influence the Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin and erning Per Share simultaneously and partially to the company's stock price Food and Beverages listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2008-2012. The study population was all Food and Beverages companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2008-2012. The study sample using purposive sampling method. The samples in this study were 12 Food and Beverages companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of data used are secondary data derived from Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). Engineering analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Using the F test results show that the performance of the company as measured by ROA, ROE, NPM and EPS has significant influence on stock prices. Partially by t test concluded that in partial ROA and EPS do not significantly affect the stock price, while the ROE and NPM significant effect on stock prices. The coefficient of determination shown from the adjusted R-square value of 0,218. This means that the dependent variable is 21,8% stock price can be explained by the four independent variables are ROA, ROE, NPM and EPS, while the remaining 78,2% is explained by variables or other causes outside the model. NPM dominant influence on stock prices in the Food and Beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2008-2012.
