Abstract
Abstract Captital market is some where which worthy letters are sold and bought. In capital market company gets cheap fund, because company doesn't need to pay capital fund or it can be pressed valuable letter whichis often sold in capital market is stock. stock is worty letter as or individual ownership or istitution. Money factors can effect stock price as PER, DER, ROA and PBV. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of PER, DER, ROA and PBV to stock price either portially or simulataneusly. Population and the sample in this research are all of manufacture company listed in BEI from 2008-2011. The technik of the sample wap purposive sampling and got 140 companies as sample. The kind of data was secondary. The metod of collecting the data used documentation. The technik of analysis is used is folded regresion. The analysis result by using foded regresion show that price to earning ratio (PER) and Debt to Equity Ratio (PER) did not effect stock price. ROA and PBV influence to stock price. PER, DER, ROA and PBV influenced stock price. It's influence is 23,7%. keyword : PER, DER, ROA, PBV, Harga Saham.
