Abstract
There are so many Indonesian people that have the lack knowledge about their traditional culture. In fact, the young generations have left their traditional culture and they seem prefer the foreign culture. This case can be affect the extinction of the traditional culture in Indonesia. Actully, culture is the legacy that should be protected and preserved because it reflects on the identity of the nation.Presenting the television program that discuss the traditional culture in Indonesia is estimated to be able to make people interest in their own culture rather than the foreign culture. For that reason, the writer decided to make a television program that provides the traditional culture in Indonesia entitle �Pusaka Nusantara� Sekaten Episode. Sekaten itself is an Indonesian tradition and has been doing until now. Making the �Pusaka Nusantara� program requires a creative script writer. The script writer needs to do the research more than once and seek the information to give the accurate facts to the beholders. The script writer should be smart to make a good narration so that the beholders can easily catch the important information. This final project research will give the positive value to the Indonesian people, especially the young generation who already leave their traditional culture, because, actually, the traditional culture is the precious legacy of the ancestors.
