Abstract
Kauman Yogyakarta is one of the largest Muslim settlement on the island of Java. In addition, it is a home to the village called Muhammadiyah Islamic organization. Many of the changes that have occurred since the beginning of the formation of this village. Changes and developments that increasingly makes Kauman Yogyakarta is rich in culture as well as their trademark that attract visitors and tourists. Kauman Undercover documentary program is intentionally made to introduce to the public about the history and the development of a Muslim village that has a variety of distinctive features and, the history of this village is also closely related to the Kasultanan Ngayogyakarta. In this documentary program authors acted as a Producer. A producer must take full responsibility for the entire production chain, ranging from pre-to post-production. Kauman Undercover documentary program is expected to be a reference for the public to learn more about the history and the evolution of a place that has an important role in the development of Islam in Indonesia.
