Abstract
Performance is the work who has been achieved someone from his behavior in carrying out work activities. Performance is influenced by various factors. The results of one's work will give feedback to the people themselves to actively conduct cooperation is always good. Many factors can affect employee performance, such as motivation, ability and discipline. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation, ability and discipline on employee performance Population and samples in this study were all employees of PT. Samudera Indonesia Tbk, Jl. Perkutut No. 2, Semarang, amounting to 61 employees. Methods of data collection using questionnaire and analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that: 1) Motivation proven effect on employee performance. 2) Ability proven effect on employee performance. 3) Discipline shown to affect the performance of employees
