Abstract
ABSTRACT Performance is the result of the quality and quantity of work achieved by an employee in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities assigned to him. Performance measures can be seen from the side of a certain quantity and quality, standards-compliant organization. It was strongly associated with the functioning of the organization and or perpetrators. The form can be tangible and intangible, depending on the nature and process of implementation of the work itself. Performance of employees, among others, is largely determined by the quality of human resources employees. Many factors can affect employee performance, such as motivation, job satisfaction and leadership. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of analyzing the influence of motivation, job satisfaction and leadership on employee performance. Population and samples used 48 employees employee CV. Agro Tourism Award, Highway Kalipancur, Manyaran, Semarang. Methods of data collection using questionnaire and analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that: 1) Motivation positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2) Job satisfaction and significant positive effect on employee performance. 3) leadership and significant positive effect on employee performance.
