    Abstract

    Performance is achieved by the work of employees or the actual behavior displayed in accordance with its role within the organization. Performance is influenced by leadership, work environment and organizational commitment. This research aims to determine whether the leadership, work environment, and organizational commitment have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Bank Jateng Semarang. The samples in this research using the formula Slovin, samples taken from a total of 75 employees Bank Jateng semarang totaling 300 employees. The type of data used is primary data with questionnaire data collection methods. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of the analysis show that: (1 Leadership impact on the performance employees (2) Work Environment no impact on the performance employees, (3) Organizational Commitment affect the performance employees. Variable leadership, work environment, and organizational commitment can explain the variable performance of employees by 87, 0% (Adjusted R Square) and the remaining 13% is explained by other variables not included in this research.
