Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership, job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance. The population of all employees Terminal Petik Kemas Semarang (TPKS) PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Branch Tanjung Emas Semarang, Jl. No. coaster. 10, Semarang, amounting to 235 employees. With Slovin method, obtained a sample of 70 employees. Methods of data collection using questionnaire and analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that: 1) Leadership positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2) Job satisfaction positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3) Motivation positive and significant effect on employee performance. 4). Leadership, job satisfaction and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance
